Float your Handstand
Sunday 21st June 12:00 - 14:00hs (UK time)
Designed to develop your physical practice. Finding a deeper connection to your body through yoga, in a safe and effective way.
The practice of handstands is a wonderful journey into the upside-down world!
During this two hour workshop, we will be working on three main areas that we normally cover in our Handstand practice: Warm-up, Conditioning & Play Time.
Do you feel your handstands are not improving? Do you lose balance and don't know how to change it? Do you feel unable to even try to press? We've been there!
Mastering a handstand takes time and effort, but it is totally doable!
Alice and I will share with you all the tools we've used to master the handstand as well as your press to handstand!
From attending this workshop, you will gain a clear understanding of which steps you need to take in order to master your handstand and your press to handstand. You will not only gain the knowledge, but also the experience of what areas you need to work, which is vital for proper understanding and development. You’ll learn about warm-ups, drills, and variations.
