Designed to develop your physical practice. Finding a deeper connection to your body through yoga, in a safe and effective way.
The practice of mobility is essential to building awareness in our bodies.
During this two hour workshop, we will be working on three main areas that we normally cover in our Yoga practice, Hips & legs, shoulders, and spine.
We will first briefly learn about these areas and the different movements they can perform. Then I will guide you through a series of exercises, to develop your range of motion implementing those movements previously discussed.
From attending this workshop, you will gain a clear understanding of which steps you need to take in order to increase your range of motion. You will not only gain the knowledge, but also the experience of what areas you need to work, which is vital for proper understanding and development. You’ll learn about warm-ups, drills, and variations.

We will conclude with some relaxation
An extra Q/A will be included at the end of the session for those who want to ask any relevant question (15/30min)
